What you'll do
- Develop promotion strategies for web projects of our mobile applications
- Planning, implementing and managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads (including search, display, pMax)
- Conduct keyword research and create targeted ad groups to maximize reach and ROI
- Utilize data analysis to optimize performance and budget allocation
- Track and report on KPI’s, provide regular updates on the performance
- Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Analyze user journey data to identify drop-off points and recommend landing page optimizations
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience as PPC/UA Manager
- Experience of working with web funnels for mobile apps
- Proficiency in Google Ads (search/display/pMax), Google Analytics and related tools
- Experience of full cycle managing PPC campaigns: launch, analysis, optimization, scale
- Experience of managing big budgets
- Understanding of the marketing funnel and the main metrics (CTR, IR, CPC, CPA, CR, LTV, ROAS)
- Proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
- English level — Intermediate
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision
- Experience of working on multiple projects
Nice to have
- Practical experience in any other media source (ex. Meta Ads, Bing Ads, Twitter, ASA, TikTok etc)
- Understand the workflow of mobile analytics systems (Google Firebase, Appsflyer)
- Experience of working with BI systems
