We have launched and are scaling new Growth Department, which will essentially function as R&D within our company ecosystem.
It will focus on discovering and building new sources and geos, testing hypotheses, and generating ideas.
There is a wide scope for action here — everything depends on you!

What you'll do
- You will be responsible for finding new high-performing creatives, funnels/combinations, geos, and approaches — possibly even entirely new niches
- Continuous test launches
- Planning, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns to attract new users
- Analyzing campaign results and optimizing performance based on key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
- Assigning tasks and requesting creatives from designers and copywriters, testing new hypotheses and creative approaches
- Monitoring competitors’ advertising campaigns and their creative strategies
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer for mobile apps or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple traffic sources (Meta, Google, TikTok, in-app, DSP networks, etc.)
- Strong skills in setting up, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns
- Ability to collect and interpret performance data, as well as adjust campaigns accordingly
- Experience working with large budgets will be a plus
- Creative thinking and experience in testing various advertising approaches and formats
