Description

We have launched and are scaling new Growth Department, which will essentially function as R&D within our company ecosystem. It will focus on discovering and building new sources and geos, testing hypotheses, and generating ideas. There is a wide scope for action here — everything depends on you! Location: Warsaw. What you'll do

  • You will be responsible for finding new high-performing creatives, funnels/combinations, geos, and approaches — possibly even entirely new niches
  • Continuous test launches
  • Planning, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns to attract new users
  • Analyzing campaign results and optimizing performance based on key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
  • Assigning tasks and requesting creatives from designers and copywriters, testing new hypotheses and creative approaches
  • Monitoring competitors’ advertising campaigns and their creative strategies

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Media Buyer for mobile apps or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple traffic sources (Meta, Google, TikTok, in-app, DSP networks, etc.)
  • Strong skills in setting up, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns
  • Ability to collect and interpret performance data, as well as adjust campaigns accordingly
  • Experience working with large budgets will be a plus
  • Creative thinking and experience in testing various advertising approaches and formats
